I've gone to Olympia Dental Center for many years. The hygienists are always upbeat, kind, and interested in their clients' lives. The doctor is honest about needed care, and the office calls with a price estimate to check in with the client before scheduling anything. I plan to continue my care indefinitely with Olympia Dental Center.

Let's start by saying that I have, overall, been happy with the services provided by Olympia Dental Center. My last experience with them was as follow: Last week, I walked into the office, instead of returning a call, unhappy, because I had to reschedule my appointment. Apparently, everyone else had canceled their appointments that day due to road conditions and, because we were at the very end of the calendar year, I was about to lose a bunch of dental insurance benefits, I was about to get penalized because others had canceled their appointments! Long story short, I left the office 3-4 hours later super happy with an adjusted crown, three fillings, and the cleaning session that has been scheduled for that day done and done by no other than Dr Wan himself. They really went above and beyond that day to correct what I believe was a wrong. I liked them prior to that incident and I like them even more now!
